Jann is the Chair of StateCover Mutual, having joined the Board in 2012 as an Industry Director.  She is also Chair of the People and Culture Committee, as well as being a member of the Audit Committee.  Jann spent 27 years as a legal practitioner in the insurance industry, with 15 of those years as partner in a national insurance law firm.  She currently sits on the Boards of several other APRA-regulated entities.

Andrew is an LGNSW Councillor Director who joined the StateCover Board in May 2023.  He has been a Lane Cove Councillor since 2017, and was elected Mayor in 2022.  Andrew’s background is in financial planning and investments, and he is Owner/Director of a financial planning business. He is a member of StateCover’s Investment Committee.

Khal joined the StateCover Mutual Board in April 2021 as the LGNSW-Chief Executive Director, and is a member of the Audit Committee.  He was a Councillor from 2004 and Mayor from 2011 at Bankstown City Council. Khal was elected in 2017 as the inaugural Mayor of the merged Canterbury Bankstown Council, a role he held until 2023.  He remains as a Councillor.  Khal is a Director and Vice President Metro of Local Government NSW (LGNSW), a Director and Senior Vice President of Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC), and a Director of Bankstown RSL. He also previously sat on the Board of Local Government Super.

Linda Bostock rejoined the StateCover Board in February 2023 following a 12-month sabbatical.  Linda is Chair of the Investment Committee and a member of the Risk Committee and People and Culture Committee. Her work experience includes over 30 years in the insurance industry in a range of director, executive and operational management roles, specialising in workers compensation and work, health and safety.  Linda headed StateCover for 12 years, and was also a StateCover Director for 11 years. Linda holds a Master of Business Administration, is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew joined the StateCover Mutual Board in November 2020, and is a member of the Investment and Risk Committees. Andrew is the General Manager of Riverina Water County Council, having begun his long history in local government in 1983. He is a JP, and a past Board member of LG Professionals NSW.

Glenn joined the StateCover Mutual Board in April 2021 as an LGNSW Councillor Director. He is Chair of the Risk Committee.  His extensive experience includes five years as an elected representative at Tamworth Regional Council, as well as having held General Manager roles in a number of NSW councils over a period of more than twenty years. Glenn’s other positions include Director of AviSkills Limited and Managing Director of The Inglis Group, a Local Government consultancy business.

Sue brings over 20 years’ experience serving as a non-executive company director and was an elected representative at Kempsey Shire Council for 9 years. She joined the StateCover Mutual Board in April 2021 as an LGNSW Councillor Director and is a member of the Risk Committee.  Sue’s experience includes directorships in regulated authorities, fast-moving consumer goods, financial institutions and dairy industry research and development bodies.  Sue currently serves on the Mid North Coast Local Health Governing Board.

Sam joined the StateCover Mutual Board in November 2019 as an LGNSW Councillor Director. He has been a Councillor at Ku-ring-gai Council since September 2017 and is a Director and former Vice President of Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Council (NSROC).  Sam works for a national energy retailer in reporting and analytics roles. He is a member of StateCover’s Audit Committee.

Craig is a Council Member Director who joined the StateCover Mutual Board in November 2017. He has over 25 years’ experience in local government. Craig has been General Manager of Lane Cove, a metropolitan council, for 9 years and has experience on the boards of local government insurance pool companies.  Craig is Chair of StateCover’s Audit Committee, and a member of the People and Culture, and Investment Committees.
